Oral presentation and Poster submission:
You must register as a participant by 25 March to have your oral paper or poster submission included in the conference.
All invoices are due ten (10) days from their issuance ("payment term") and must be settled within this payment term. This applies to all invoices, registrations without submission, early and regular registrations, as well as additional bookings such as raclette party and excursions. For early bird registrations with submission, invoices are due seven (7) days after the Letter of Acceptance is sent thus 7 May 2026.
